An affinity diagram, also known as the KJ method, is a tool used to organize and categorize ideas or observations. The process usually starts with a brainstorming or feedback session. Then, similar items are grouped together to identify patterns, trends, and priorities within the collected data. This can then be used inform decision-making on which potential issue or area for improvement to address.
